Nothing on the Service — scores, letter grades, Skill Rating, ranks, standings, bounty results, other players’ entries, charts or commentary — is investment, financial, trading, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. It is provided for competition and information only.

2. Not a licensed financial firm

Earn Your Edge LLC is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser or any other licensed financial professional in any jurisdiction, and is not registered with the SEC, CFTC, FINRA or NFA. We never hold your money or securities and never place trades.

3. Other players’ trades are not signals

During a match you may see the symbol, direction and entry price of an opponent’s trade. This is competition information, not a signal. You do not see their size, stop, target or exit, and you must not treat their entries as a reason to trade. Copying other players is done entirely at your own risk.

4. Rank is not a forecast

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Rank, grades and Skill Rating measure how a player’s closed trades scored under our formula over a period. They say nothing about what that player, or you, will earn in the future.

5. Risk of loss

Forex, CFDs, futures, options, cryptocurrencies and equities involve a high degree of risk. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses; you can lose some, all, or more than your deposited capital. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose. Competing on a ladder can create pressure to trade more often or take larger risk — the scoring rewards risk-adjusted discipline, but the decision to trade is always yours alone.

6. Data may be delayed or wrong

Trade data comes from your broker through MetaTrader or SnapTrade and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Scores and standings may be corrected after the fact. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data displayed.

7. Your responsibility

By using the Service you acknowledge that:

• You alone decide what, when and how much to trade at your own broker.
• You will do your own research and understand every instrument you trade.
• You understand and accept the risks of trading leveraged financial products.
• You will not hold Earn Your Edge LLC liable for trading losses or decisions informed by anything on the Service.
• You are at least 18 and legally permitted to trade and to use the Service where you live.
