1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Earn Your Edge LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, governing your access to and use of the Trade Legacy platform. By accessing or using Trade Legacy in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using Trade Legacy, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
3. Description of Services
Trade Legacy provides educational content related to trading financial markets including educational videos, live trade tracking, pre-market briefings, community access, a personal trade journal, and proprietary trading indicators for Elite members. All services are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
4. Membership and Billing
Trade Legacy offers Free, Legacy (paid monthly), and Elite (paid) membership tiers. All paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. By purchasing a paid membership, you authorize Earn Your Edge LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Earn Your Edge LLC does not offer refunds for any paid membership fees under any circumstances. By purchasing a membership, you expressly waive any right to a refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Trade Legacy including videos, analysis, trade recaps, the OG Indicator, platform design, logos, and branding is owned exclusively by Earn Your Edge LLC. You are prohibited from copying, distributing, sharing, or reproducing any content without express written permission. Sharing paid content with non-members will result in immediate account termination.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, harass other members, post false or defamatory content, spam or solicit within community channels, attempt unauthorized access, or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions. Violations result in immediate termination without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EARN YOUR EDGE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ITS CONTENT.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Earn Your Edge LLC expressly disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Earn Your Edge LLC from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or any financial decisions you make based on content viewed on the Platform.
11. International Users
Trade Legacy is operated from the United States. International users access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with all local laws. Earn Your Edge LLC makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in North Carolina courts. International users consent to North Carolina jurisdiction regardless of their location.
13. Account Termination
Earn Your Edge LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. No refunds will be issued upon termination for violation of these Terms.
