Earn Your Edge LLC operates the Trade Legacy platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share your personal information. By using Trade Legacy, you consent to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Email address and username when you create an account
• First and last name if provided during profile setup
• Trade journal data you voluntarily enter or import
• Community messages and posts you create
• TradingView username if you request indicator access
• Payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store card data)

Collected automatically: Session tokens, authentication data, online presence status, and device type for PWA functionality.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and manage your account, provide Platform features, process payments, display your trade journal, enable community features, send account communications, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with enterprise-grade security. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your information. Despite these measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are handled by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS compliant processor. Earn Your Edge LLC does not store payment card information. You are also subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy when making payments.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with service providers (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Groq) as necessary to provide services, when required by law, or to protect rights and safety.

7. Your Rights

You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Contact us at earnyouredge@icloud.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. International Transfers

Trade Legacy is operated from the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United States. For EEA/UK users, we rely on your explicit consent as the legal basis for processing.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not display advertisements on the Platform.

10. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. Upon account deletion we delete your personal data within 30 days except where legally required to retain it.

11. Children's Privacy

Trade Legacy is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and will immediately delete any such data discovered.
